Supervision
I offer supervision to fellow counsellors and psychotherapists.
I have an NVQ Level 3 equivalent qualification in Supervision, accredited by Ascentis (2010), and gained an advanced post-graduate certificate, accredited by the British Psychological Society, in 2020. I have been supervising volunteers since 2010, and have offered Supervision through my private practice since 2012.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, and abide by their Ethical Framework.
I hold a current DBS Certificate, and am in ongoing, regular clinical supervision.
I am fully insured to practice as a therapist and supervisor.

I am happy to supervise people from most therapeutic modalities.
I believe that the process of supervision is about reflecting and evaluating, and that the role of supervisor is that of facilitator: therefore expertise in a particular approach may not be strictly necessary.
However, if you are still in training please check with your organisation that they will validate your supervision hours with an Integrative supervisor.
Cost of supervision is £50for an hour, or £70 for an hour and a half. Sessions are usually once a month for qualified therapists, or fortnightly for practitioners in training (this will depend on your training provider, though, so please get in touch to discuss your needs).
If you are interested in an initial session with a view to starting supervision, this will - like my therapy - be no obligation. Getting the right supervisor is very important, and it is a good idea to meet with a few in order to make sure you are getting the support you need.
